  • All products sold are, to the best of our knowledge, 100% official and authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game products sourced from trusted distributors and sellers.

  • Availability of products is subject to change without notice.

  • We do not guarantee future market value of trading cards or sealed products.

Collectibles may appreciate or depreciate over time.

Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

An order may be cancelled if:

  • Payment is not successfully completed

  • The product becomes unavailable

  • There is a pricing or stock error

  • The delivery location is not serviceable

In rare cases, ApexTCG reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss remains with ApexTCG until confirmed delivery by the courier partner.

  • Once delivery is marked as completed by the courier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

  • Customers are advised to record unboxing videos in case of any shipping-related disputes.

Packaging materials may vary based on availability. We will take reasonable measures to secure products using suitable protective packaging.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the nature of trading cards and sealed collectibles, returns may be restricted in certain cases.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted Indian payment gateways.

  • We do not store debit/credit card, UPI, or banking information.

  • Transactions are completed only upon successful payment confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

ApexTCG shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of collectible value

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage of products

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased in the specific transaction.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through written communication via email.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
