Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Pre-order products will be shipped according to the estimated release timeline mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed national courier partners such as:

  • Blue Dart

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Or other equivalent logistics providers depending on serviceability

Courier selection may vary based on your location and delivery feasibility.

Tracking Information

  • Every order includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability at the time of delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Regulatory checks

  • Regional restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen operational disruptions

ApexTCG is not liable for delays caused by courier partners once the package has been handed over.

Shipping Charges

  • Poké Post (Standard Shipping): ₹80 flat rate (subject to change)

  • Dragonite Express (Priority Shipping): Available at additional cost where supported

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns

Risk Of Loss

  • Risk of loss remains with ApexTCG until confirmed delivery by the courier.

  • Once delivery is marked as completed by the courier partner, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video in case of transit-related disputes.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

Reshipping charges may apply.

India-Only Shipping

ApexTCG currently ships exclusively within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
