At ApexTCG.in, we take product authenticity, packaging integrity, and customer trust seriously. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, returns are handled under strict conditions outlined below.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for sealed, unopened products, including booster boxes, sealed packs, and sealed accessories, provided that:

  • The original factory seal remains fully intact

  • The product shows no signs of opening, resealing, tampering, or substitution

  • Shrink wrap and packaging are not damaged after delivery

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Single cards once shipped

  • Graded cards once shipped

  • Pre-ordered items after shipment

  • Opened booster packs or boxes

  • Products showing evidence of tampering or resealing

  • Items damaged due to improper storage, humidity exposure, mishandling, or customer negligence after delivery

  • Minor manufacturing variations inherent to trading cards (including centering differences, print lines, surface texture variations, or factory imperfections)

Trading cards are collectibles and may contain natural production variations.

Return Approval Process

All returns require prior written approval via email.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If approved:

  • The return shipping address will be provided

  • The item must be securely packaged in its original condition

  • The product will be inspected upon receipt

If inspection reveals signs of opening, resealing, tampering, substitution, or damage inconsistent with transit, the return will be rejected.

ApexTCG reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

  • A continuous, unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process

  • The sealed outer package visible before opening

  • The shipping label with tracking number

  • The opening of the package in real time

  • The condition of the inner sealed product immediately upon opening

Videos that begin after the package has already been opened, or that contain edits or interruptions, may not be accepted as valid evidence.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Upon verification of a valid claim:

  • A replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability), or

  • A refund will be issued if replacement is unavailable

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If ApexTCG arranges return shipping for verified error cases, the associated costs will be borne by us.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products and collectibles, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Legal Compliance

This policy is drafted in accordance with:

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • The E-Commerce (Consumer Protection) Rules, 2020

Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under applicable Indian law.

ApexTCG does not guarantee specific pulls, chase cards, or hit rates from sealed products.
